Quasar is a full function, stand-alone business accounting package. While not open source, our commercial license provides for full access to the source code. With the proper licensing you can configure Quasar to have remote access via both LAN and/or WAN. Currently the Quasar server runs on just Linux but a Windows version of the server will be released shortly. There is both a Linux version and a Windows version of the Quasar Accounting client.
